1.How long has the factory been established?
Our factory was established in 2006 and started with enamel coating for cast iron cookwares, then we build our DISA line, pre-seasoned line etc, now we have 2 factories and have 3 enamel baking line, 1 pre-seasoned baking line, 1Disa line and 6 packing lines.
 
2.Which country do you export to?
we have exported our cast iron cookware to USA, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, UK, South Africa etc over 30 countries.
 
3.How long does it take to receive goods?
sample: 3-7 working days after all confirmed
bulk goods: 4-6 weeks after deposit and all design confirmed
 
4.What's the MOQ of your products?
Generally minimum order quantity is 500pcs.

5, Shall we make order less than your MOQ?

It depends on the molds and shape, let's talk then.To be honest, the price would rise a little bit accordingly.
 
6.What are the payment terms?
During the initial stage, we request 100% tooling charge in advance

Bulkorders generally for 30% TT as deposit and the balance payment should be paid within 5 working days against the copy of B/L.

It's negotiable and will improve for long term customers.
